About the event
Five separate workshops; each focused on a different area of women's health + wellness.
During each event, we'll discover simple, real-life skills to begin "un-learning" who the world convinced you to be
+ reveal your authentic self... the you you're meant to be.
Practice using tools designed to help you create the future version of yourself who can't help but live her soul's purpose. ​(aka, your dream life.)
+ events take place Saturday mornings, 9:30-12:00 pm; doors open at 9:15.

+ each workshop is a separate event, only commit to dates you wish to attend.
+ workshops are limited to 30 participants and we'll work in groups of 6; thus creating a safe + intimate space for our work.

+ have BREAKFAST with us! Locally-sourced pastries, fresh fruit, coffee, juice + mimosas (21+) included.
