Inner Child Healing + Reparenting Workshop

Connect with your inner child and explore the ways giving them the love + guidance they need can radically shift your life and your relationship to self, and others.

We'll write letters to our inner child, discover the needs that haven't been met and learn to establish boundaries and routines designed to keep them (you) feeling safe and protected. 

And before we're done, we'll honor all the birthdays that might have passed without that little one feeling cherished and celebrated... with a Unicorn themed birthday party.

Refreshments and snacks will be provided during breaks throughout this event.
